| 9 Hour External Battery Kit |

The battery in this comprehensive package is a 12V/33Ahr
battery which typically provides nine hours of mobile power for the LTV
Series ventilator. Easy to set-up, operate, and maintain, the 33Ahr battery
comes pre-wired in a polypropylene battery box. The rechargeable, sealed,
no-maintenance battery kit is easy to operate and enhances the versatility
of the mobile LTV Series ventilator. All connections are made through
preinstalled locking terminals and all cords are fused for increased safety
and ease-of-use. The 9-hour battery weighs 27 pounds.
The external battery kit and ventilator are
suitable for use in institutional, homecare and transport settings. Each
component of the battery kit may be purchased separately. As pictured from
the left is the battery charger, 12V/33Ahr battery pre-installed in the
battery box with the lid secured, and a DC cord set for connecting the
battery to the LTV Series ventilator.

| 3 Hour External Battery Kit |

The battery in this comprehensive package is a 12V/12Ahr
battery which typically provides three hours of mobile power. Easy to
set-up, operate, and maintain, the 12Ahr comes pre-wired in a nylon padded
bag with shoulder strap for additional mobility. The rechargeable, sealed,
no-maintenance battery kit is easy to operate and enhances the versatility
of the mobile LTV Series ventilator. All connections are made through
preinstalled locking terminals and all cords are fused for increased safety
and ease-of-use. The 3-hour battery weighs 10 pounds.
The external battery kit and ventilator are
suitable for use in institutional, homecare and transport settings. Each
component of the battery kit may be purchased separately. Pictured is the
3-hour battery padded bag. Not show are the battery charger, battery and DC
cord set for connecting the battery to the LTV Series ventilator.

The AC Adapter is small and lightweight, permitting the
ventilator to be operated from 100-250 VAC 50/60 Hz power sources. The adapter can be set in any position near the
ventilator, or moved with the ventilator via the pre-installed
bracket on the Pulmonetic Systems floor stand.
The AC Adapter requires P/N 10536 - AC Power Cord.
